Find the property that matches your requirements
Setting up a Limited Liability Company. You will need to give Power of Attorney to our Lawyer and open a bank account depositing 5000 lv. founding capital, which can be withdrawn from the bank after the registration is completed. Look our Tax Advice Service.
Signing a preliminary /agency/ contract, which protects your rights as a buyer and authorizes BETA Ltd. to organize the process of buying and to finalize the deal. You need to deposit 10% of the purchase price. The deposit and the agency fee is non refundable in the event the sale is not completed as a result of the buyer. The deposit, our agency fee and commission must be paid (which are itemized in the agency contract) at the time of signing the pre-contract.
Checking and preparing all the documents for changing the ownership.
Providing translation of all the documents involved in the property purchase, however this is not always necessary. If you prefer to have all of your contracts in English this can be arranged however there will be an additional cost.
The final stage is signing the Title Deed and becoming an owner of the property. (The Notary has to certify the deal)
