As regards the matter of repairing the property after purchase thereof and setting it in condition satisfying buyer’s requirements, we have 2 basic solutions to propose:

We can recommend local companies of proven track record to you and you can assign completion of development, repair, construction & installation works at your own discretion to any of them or any other company you may choose and we will take control of and prepare documentation relating to the work done only.
During repair works we will provide you with accounts and pictures of stages completed at regular intervals.
