The Mineralni Bani Municipality, District of Haskovo, is situated upon a territory of 216.5 sq. m in the hilly northern part of the Eastern Rhodopes. This region is characterized by a softened continental climate - soft winters, warm summers and long autumns.

There is no heavy industry on its territory, and for that reason the region is not polluted. This is one of the conditions for the development of balneological tourism as a priority in the economic development of the Mineralni Bani Municipality. The other factors for all-year-round spa treatment and holidaymaking are the favorable climate, the unique curative properties of the mineral water and the good transport access.
 
Nature and Mineral Water
•        The settlement has had the reputation of a balneological resort since the time of the Romans. As early as then the thermal baths attracted people with their curative effect on rheumatic, peripheral vascular, gynaecological, locomotory and other diseases.
 
•          The mineral water - the most precious natural resource of the region - is hyperthermal (57îŃ) ad has a unique chemical composition. It flows out of 14 springs with a flow rate of 1 500 l/minute. It is characterized as sulphate-sodium, calcium and fluorine.
 
•          The resort specializes in the treatment of diseases of the peripheral arteries of an organic or functional type - obliterating diseases (endoarthrites), obliterating atherosclerosis, Buerger's disease, Raynaud's disease, vegetative and diabetic angiopathies, etc.

–        The alleyway network is designed to fit the complex terrain and allows for the stage-by-stage construction and putting the complex into operation.
 
•        Entrance part of the Hotel contains : Entrance of the hotel and Restaurant , Reception, Lobby bar.
•        Restaurant and conference hall : The restaurant has a good connection with the reception and it is has capacity for 191 people (The big summer terrace is planned for the restaurant with capacity of 60 people). On underground floor there is a Mehana for 60 people. The conference hall is also located on the underground floor and it is for 137 people.
•        Piano Bar – for 60 people located on the last floor.
•        SPA and recreation center – spread over two levels with own reception, swimming pool, rooms for different therapies , massage rooms, solarium, Jacuzzi, medical office, sport center, different sauna rooms, sanarium, Turkish bath, relaxation room, 4 room for therapies with baths.
 
•        The hotel complex is designed to be constructed on 5 floors. Each of the floors contains 18 double rooms and 2 apartments with total accommodation capacity of 42 people. The room space, furniture and equipment satisfy the conditions for Four stars hotel.
 
•        Outdoor Sport complex – it contains swimming pool, football and volleyball playground. A summer lobby bar is planned to be constructed next to the swimming pool.
